…They are both good. Simple yet satisfying. The sunny-side egg is cooked just so without being either over or under done, but it falls short without something to accompany it. The scrambled egg is pleasant and easy to digest. Complete without being overtly rich.

My choice is the scrambled eggs. The yolk is often too rich for my constitution, and so I would reach for the scrambled first every time.
